sit in a steam room if you have one available is great for the sinus's. Sit in it about 5 mins before and after a workout it will help you get over the infection while you sweat out waste products very cleansing .

And I am feeling great, SORE, but great. I have already lost almost 3 lbs and a inch and a half off my waist and hips.. I cant wait for weeks 5-6 so see some real results.. In just one week I feel a whole lot better about myself wish me luck ill keep up my progress
