Friday Check In SW=210.5 CW=207 -1.5 lbs Yay!! Didn't do very well on my exercise goals this week :grumble: But on the flipside I did have better portion control and drank more water. I think that's what saved my bacon!

I agree, it's okay in moderation but if I don't check it out in advance (log my food on MFP) then I find myself in more trouble :grumble: I'm also struggling finding the motivation to exercise. Has this group already started? I was looking for a group/support, but not really sure what the rules are, who can join, etc. Seems like all of the teams are labeled with colors for the most part i.e. black, red. Not really getting this, maybe I'm a slow learner but could someone help me understand please!
