I am here for life ! I can't believe after losing 130 lbs on my own and then gaining about 20 back that I didnt know about this website !

Since joining just a few weeks ago I've already lost 10 LBS ! Go figure !

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this site ! And LOVE LOVE LOVE The motivation everyone brings !!!!

I know what you mean, when i came upon this site, something just clicked in my brain and i feel so confident that i am going to lose the weight i want and an actually enjoying exercising. :laugh: ::bigsmile:
