  • it was a bad bad month for me! god! i so have to break this cycle of exercise breaks! Ive barely touched half of my set targets :s :'( :# only 14.86 kms of the 30 km planned and only 450 minutes of the 1000 minutes planned :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( what about all of you?

  • Im off to a bad start! my sis and nieces are here for their winter vacation; and i havent worked out since the start of the year!!! but they leave on saturday so I shall get back on track immediately!   • I ended the month at 690 minutes of 900 planned & only 21 kms of the 35 planned. Unfortunately I couldnt workout during the vacation; but I had fun; so its ok. Back on track in November....

  • Its so bloody difficult to get back into the groove! i was feeling super lazy this morning;and when i finally started my run, the world conspired against me! the treadmill stopped mid-way my workout! I will go for another run in the evening again!

  • I dont know about flavoured water helping with fat burn; but it does help me drink sufficient water; mainly because of the taste. I make a green tea concoction along with some dried cranberries and add this to 1 ltr of water for my day.

  • unsalted roasted black chana is my go to snack. very filling and one cant eat too much..and a good burst of protein too. with tea, it is one piece of rusk or popcorn. how does your popcorn stay fresh for 5 days? ours will soften up within hours! and then its not tasty at all.
