  • I actually fail to see where you "blew it"! to me, you ate good; because you ate just one plate instead of 3-4 plates as before. learning to control portions is the way to go...

  • I workout in the morning; and have a big glass of milk with a protein/nutrition mix during my workout (small sips during the water breaks). It works both as a fuel as well as hydration. I cant workout on a total empty stomach.
  • I had planned a run but as usual didnt wake up in time; so substituted with a 30Day Shred workout. 36 minutes down. and lots more to go!
  • Overslept by 1.5 hours! there goes the exercise for the day! :sad:
  • ouch @fitmiks! glad you are feeling better today. it was week 4 for me in C25K and i think i died! i had to take 30 -45 seconds breaks during the 2nd rounds of 3 & 5 minutes! if i am unable to do it properly by the end of the week, i shall certainly repeat this week. 326 minutes done....
  • 275 minutes done! had a good workout with the level 2 of 30 Day Shred today. improving on form too!

  • Took an unplanned day off yesterday but back on track today with a total of 130 minutes down!

  • I dont listen to music when im doing the exercise videos like fitness blender; because i get distracted on the instructions. on my runs though, i have a 60's to 80's english collection that keeps shuffling.

  • @fitmiks Thanks :) On a work tour so I still have to total up my minutes; but Ive started on the 30 Day shred Level 2...thats a tough one. and did the c25k on a treadmill today; instead of the outdoors.

I think i did better; fingers crossed. @fitmiks ok advice taken! i shall not repeat days. at what speed do you walk between the runs? i have a good speed at the start; but 3rd/4th round onwards, i think im too slow.   • Started Level 1 Of 30 DS today! hard work due to the continuous movement but doable thanks to the past workouts with Fitness Blender. I do like Fitness Blender more though..the vids are easier to follow; cleaner and less clutter. I do plan to go back to it after 30 DS & C25K

  • wow@ fitmiks! thats superb! do you run full speed or is it like a jog? I am building up my courage to start C25K as my next routine. I've logged 260 minutes into the month; and 40 minutes off schedule! so I too need to buck up and clock an extra workout one of these days.
