5'8 and 137, trying to get to 125-130. I've plateaued for like 7 months though, so I've done a complete diet overhaul and have started to focus on quality of my food :)

I'm 5'7 and about 136, but I feel like I could loose 10 more pounds and be where I want to be looks-wise. I def have some trouble spots to tone as well! It's going to be different on everyone, I think I have a relatively small frame, so I think being 125ish would be okay for my height!
