I finished my masters degree while pregnant with my oldest son back in 2007. It may be hard some days but just keep on going and doing it. It will make the time pass quicker and keep you busy. Dont even think you cant go to school and be pregnant! you CAN do it!

I also walked for at least 30 min several times a week while doing it. it is a great workout alone too though.

I had the best results the month I did a different level everyday. 1 on Monday, 2 on Tuesday, 3 Wednesday, 1 Thursday, etc. I also walked about 30-45 minutes several days a week in addition. Even if you do it the 10 days on each level you will lose some weight and get toned regardless.

I tend to agree with you, overall. I mean- maybe people are saying good job and way to go for the person logging the whole day and completing their food log...not necessarily for staying under. Exercising is what helps me climb out of depression...walking, dancing, biking, etc.....2 times a day and Im in better spirits and all around happier....it sends out the happy endorphins that make me happy...good luck!!!

I do the Just Dance for the PS3. I just type in dance, general I believe when I log it and put how long I danced. I love it. When I started dancing everyday I finally got out of my plateau too...and its fun!

You are doing great as it is, but I agree that you need to drink a ton of water!! I'd also make sure to at least walk for 30-45 min every single day or at least 6 days a week to see more results quickly.

I would suggest punches or some bicycle legs on your back maybe? I would also suggest walking in place or wearing an ankle support too. My knees were awful at first...after about 3 weeks I have ZERO pain in my knees from any of the jumping jacks or jump rope or any other cardio exercise.
