my favorite tilapia recipe is super simple 3 tbsp low sodium soy 3 tbsp rice vinegar 3 tbsp honey 1 tsp/1 clove chopped garlic black pepper to taste marinate 4 tilapia fillets for at 30 minute. Cook in skillet until flakey about 10 mins (5 each side) I like to cook it it is amazing!!!

I am not currently training for a race at Disney but I ran the Disney Princess Half in February and it was the most fun I have ever had at a race! I love to run Disney!!! I am so jealous of you I wish I were running more Disney events this year!

Hi Chrissy, I have been running fulls and halfs for the last 3 years. A couple of things that I do to help me are I fuel my runs during the run with gu or powergel every 5 miles or so. I also drink a 8 to 10oz of orange juice within 15 minutes of finishing to help my body recover (my husband prefers Chocolate Milk).…

I absolutely agree with you about the banana bread larabars they are awful, but every other flavor I tried has been good. My personal favorite is the peanut butter chocolate chip. Yummy! My next favorite is the coconut cream pie. I would give some of the others a try before writing off larabars.

5'2 SW 115 CW 109.8 GW 105 Net Cals 1300 Gross Cals 1500-2200 depending on exercise. I am training for a marathon, so on long run days I might eat as many as 3000 cals. I always try eat back all my exercise cals my ultimate goal is just to look super hot in the bikini I bought this winter. I am almost there!

I get up between 3:45 and 4 am to get my work out in. I try to be in bed religiously by 9:30 but sometimes life gets in the way. I always feel so good knowing that my workout is already done and it gives me a chance to watch all the TV shows I DVR while i am at class.

I was in the same boat back in November. I was torn between Hal Higdon’s Novice 2 Marathon plan and his Intermediate 1 plan. I chose the Intermediate 1 plan and I haven’t regretted the choice. If you can easily do the starting distances, then don’t be afraid to push yourself a little with the tougher plan.
