Pineapple Bliss Cupcakes

Haven't tried these yet but they looked so good. You can see a pic & recipe at skinnytaste.com
For cupcake:
18.25 oz box yellow cake mix (I used Betty Crocker Super Moist)
20 oz can crushed pineapple in juice (do not drain)
Mix together on medium speed (do not add any other ingredients like eggs, oil, etc) Pour into lined cupcake tin 2/3rds full. Bake according to box . Cool. Makes 24
calories: 93.5 fat: 0.8g
Frosting:
8 oz Philadelphia 1/3 less fat cream cheese
20 oz can pineapple in pineapple juice, DRAINED - SQUEEZE WELL
3/4 cup fluff marshmallow spread
Mix with hand-mixer until well combined. Spread on cool cupcakes, refrigerate.
calories with frosting: 140.2 fat: 2.8g

I love this recipe and usually make it twice a month. In fact I just made one yesterday and it was delicious. I don't put any topping on mine. I also like it better the next day after it has been in the refrigerator. I don't really care for it hot but cold it is excellent! I have a HORRIBLE sweet tooth and I try to save enough calories during the day so I can have my slice of cake at the end of the night Or I just go walk/jog a couple of miles in the evening.0

There are 12.2g in the cupcake 16.4 with the frosting
