Or if you get tired of actual meat don't forget about tofu,tempeh,lentil,eggs and beans. They don't pack as much protein as ounces of meat do but sometimes it's nice to have a variety of other foods to eat!

Aer you considered underweight? I have read that when you get under a certain bf percentage it starts to mess with hormones which could delay your period. Also, drastic diet changes can do this as well. When I was 18 I went on a crazy candida diet that completely changed my horrible eating habits and didn't get a period…

That's amazing you were able to jump straight to Week 5! That was one of the toughest weeks to mentally get past for me. So good for you!

There are a ton of free workouts on youtube besides bodyrock.tv there is popilates and zwow. You can just type in workouts and it pulls up a ton of workouts :) Or,invest in some cheap workout videos from the thrift store or walmart has them cheap. Good luck!

I am stuck on the same week as well! Day 3 is so terrifying to me ; I did Day 2 twice! :laugh: My knee hurt really bad after doing the repeat of Day 2 and I am praying to the running Gods because I cannot afford new shoesespecially since they tend to be so expensive! :sad: I am hoping it is just form and not stretching…

Could it be cramping from your ovaries maybe? I don't really cramp much during my cycle but when I am ovulating I feel it bad and end up nauseous. Mine started when I had my paraguard IUD inserted. I would definitely get checked out by your ob/gyn in case you have uterine fibroids. good luck!

I don't like the new girl and just ran into her channel a couple days ago. I am really scared to try her workouts since I feel like I am doing it all wrong. I want to try them though. Can you suggest one that is good for starters?

Is it considered 'normal' to still not lose even 3 weeks later? I was hoping for a loss on the scale but am still stuck at the same number! :sad: Are all of you that eat more lifting heavy? Maybe that is my problem I pretty much focus on cardio since I have so much to lose still.

Man- week 4 kicked my butt so I did it twice and I am so glad I did because it made week 5 easier to complete. I find running any slower than 5.0 hurts my legs so that is the speed I pretty much keep it at. Keep it up chick, I personally think week 6 is going to be a week I just might repeat and am scared to death of day…

I think maybe she was taking the tough love approach? But ,I would never go there with another person because we are all entitled to having low days where we feel like **** and want to say **** it!
