Definitely try to get better, this disease can have awful repercussions that nobody deserves to live with. could be water retention, or if you are working out hard, you could be gaining muscle, focus on inches not pounds and stick with it :D

It depends on how fast you want to get the weight off, as long as you eat less than you are burning a day so less than you AMR or BMR then you will lose weight.

You need to workout your BMR you can find online calculators for that, just type it into google. This will help you work out how many calories your burning each day without even exercising. According to my watch I burnt 250 but I wasnt really trying particularly hard the day i measured it, but I cant imagine it getting much higher than that, it all depends on the person too. I add it in as cardio and label it as a circuit training
