I'm already slim (70kg at 5ft10, 22 on BMI) but I need to build on the muscle tissue in my stomach... at the moment I can't see a six pack

EDIT: However, even though the scales say I've lost, I feel a lot fattier and bigger than a week ago? I've also not been drinking as much water as before?

I know, it's the 10lb. I used that to lose my first 25, but I just seem to always feel like snacky foods, and I'm hungry a lot. I do drink water to fill me up, but I usually feel like something with taste

I started at 196, currently at 171 and my target is 150.

What do you mean by crunches? Sit ups?

My weights aren't heavy enough for normal crunches, so I'm not sure.
