Man boobs!!!
I'm 19 and I've had man boobs since I was around 14. So far I've lost 25lb of weight and not noticed a significant decrease in moob size. Do Push-ups work the core?
I'm more or less at a weight I'm happy with now, I'm just working on toning... If I did push-ups, would that help work my core (and eventually lead to toned abs/6 pack)? If not, what is the best exercise to do at home for your core?

On my last few pounds

Question about sit-ups and toning stomach?
At the moment, I don't have the time nor money to go to the gym. At home, I just do sit-ups and press-ups. I have had around a week of bad eating?
I don't know why, the last week I've been eating sweets and rubbish. It may be because I'm skipping breakfast, that causes me to snack later in the day? Although I've been eating cr*p, the scales say i've lost (only a bit)

Are carbs really that bad?
I usually have around 4 slices of wholemeal bread a day, and pasta/spaghetti and wholemeal cereals, but how bad are carbs? I might try a low carb diet depending on the answers i get. I might have fruit and veg for lunch instead of bread.

Feel like I gained weight but scales say different

Would lying with weights on your stomach help tone?
If often think this, but it sounds so stupid. If I lay down, with weights on my stomach and just breathed normally would it help tone me? Surely your stomach will have to use extra energy to lift the weights, so...
