I've had the Wii Fit Plus for a couple years and occasionally used it. However being stuck inside all day today due to a snow storm (I'm in Eastern Canada), I decided to give it another shot. Had a great 1 hour workout and feeling great!!

I'm scheduled for my BR surgery in June 2014 but my surgeon wants me to lose 70lbs before my pre-op appointment on May 15. I can very much relate to want you ladies are saying about the shoulder and back pain (not to mention the emotional toll having large breasts brings).

I have my breast reduction surgery scheduled for June 2014. My surgeon wants me to lose 70lbs first.

I can relate!!! I actually dread going into Sport stores because I know I won't receive the same customer service as I would if I was fit. Seriously this happens every time I go to buy new shoes.... :(

I'm starting to get interested in juicing after reading this thread. Does anyone have any recommendations of different, healthy juices to make? We have a juicer (and never used it). I need some ideas.... :)

Personally I only include actual exercises (invloving increased heart rate and sweat) on my log rather then movement involved in daily tasks like food prep, cleaning, etc. But to each their own :)
