I'm a member of Lifetime in South Austin and love it. The classes are great and vary from early to late, outside pool is fab and never too busy. It is one of the more expensive gyms but the only 1 locally that offers a climbing wall and Squash courts.

Hi, I have been rechecking my exercising calories on other sights just to make sure they were not wrong on here. I walk 3.5mph everyday for 50minutes to and from work and also at weekends. Thanks everyone. Yes I was thinking I needed to eat my exercise calories as well, just to avoid my body going into starvation mood and storing . I will ignore today and make sure I try and snack better on a heavy exercise day.
