I am 5'3 and weigh 237 lbs and wear between an 18 and 22. However when I was 150 at 5' I wore a girl's size 14.....so yeah I have no idea what size I will wear when I get back to 150.

I try not to do cheat days and include my favorite foods within my calorie limit. I have found that if I don't let myself have an occasional pizza slice, ice cream cone, or chocolate bar I'm going to go overboard and totally binge.

I can't eat beef anymore at all. If I take a bite bigger than 1/4 of an inch I get horrible heartburn and nausea for hours. Every once in a while I'll have phantom gallbladder pains , but nothing I can't manage. High fat foods do bring on the pain, but is nowhere near the severity of the actual gallbladder attacks. Find a jogging buddy, only run during daylight hours, get a can of pepper spray, or find an indoor jogging track.

They may be a little costly, but I have found Amy's Kitchen meals to be very good. I have also bought and eaten Lean Cuisines, Smart Ones, and Healthy Choice. I recommend all of these, especially if you're a visual learner like I am. Once I knew what a serving size looked like, the I was able to control my portions better.

I guess it depends on the person. I have lost 55 lbs while working the night shift and eating my last meal about an hour before I go to sleep.

Does anyone else need proof that girls will not get bulky when lifting heavy? This kid can bench ME! I need to start lifting. ETA: She's so cute! Especially with her pig tails, so :) I found it hard not to smile while watching her. I bet her parents are proud.

Well, crap. Everything we eat turns to glucose in the bloodstream, and our brains only recognize glucose as fuel.......so yeah. Excessive sugar intake isn't good.

ya know, the natural stuff can be just as dangerous as the chemicals for some people. There are a ton of people that have life threatening allergies to nuts, fruits, or other organic materials that will cause known, and immediate harm.

Is there any junk food that he likes that you don't? If you keep the stuff you don't like in the house, then you won't be tempted to eat it and he gets to keep his crappy food. It works with my husband.

The endocrinologist put me on prescription prenatal vitamins, and I have noticed a HUGE improvement in my appetite during that time of the month. However, If I really want chocolate, I just eat it. It's easier to give in and eat a serving size of chocolate or chips than not eat it and binge later. That's just how my body…
