bump! I started out at 206 post baby #1, got down to 174 post baby #2, fell off the wagon and have steadily increased back to 190. This thread is very encouraging and I hope I can keep the motivation to begin working out more! Thank you ladies for sharing.

Thank you! I agree, I want this to be a life style change so it will be a success in the long run. Crash diets and fads never work!

Step away from your desk, get outside for a couple of minutes. I like to walk aroudn the parking lot and listen to music. It really helps remove my mind from the frustrating situation and you come back with a clear head.

The only thing that saves me from "falling off" is having dinner planned ahead of time. If I dont do that, its a 50/50 chance I wont eat good. I am still working on this "routine" but I have noticed that is what helps me in the evenings.

Thank you. I chose sedentary because I work a desk job but I exercise 20-30 min a day and make an effort to get up and walk around every hour.

one that I finds gets me through a lot of times is water with fresh squeezed lemon (or lime if you prefer). You can put the lemon wedge in your water for added flavor. I enjoy it... I would awesome you could do the same with oranges and grapefruit.

I have lost 27.5lbs since my heaviest weight, so a small size dog I guess. Ü

Thank you for the encouragement! I have a hard time on weekends in general and I know that is a major cause in my slower weight loss. Its great to see you guys with positive weight loss results and having the same "weekend" issues...

I have to say, Holy crow!! MFP had me consuming 1440 calories per day and eating back my exercise points. When I caculated my TDEE it was 2440. That means I should be eating around 2100 or so calories not including my exercise calories! I am in shock!!! No wonder I have been hovering in the same range.…
