Multi pound weekend weight gain
Does anyone else ever experience a 2 -3 lb weekend weight gain? I didnt do too excessive on the calories this weekend, BUT what I ate was not healthy and I drank pratically NO water my weigh difference from thursday - today is 2.5 lbs. Is that just a sodium/ water retention thing?

Calories Burned Difference
Has anyone else noticed a significant difference in the calories burned as listed through MFP and on the exercise machines? I am concerned because it is quite a difference. I have begun decreasing the number of minutes with MFP so the calores burned reflects the same on the machine. Just thought I would ask...
