Current Goal Vs. FattoFitradio Goal

Maybe someone can give me a little push here... MFP has me at goal 1420 not including exercise calories... F2FR said I should consume 1732 per day to achieve adequate weight loss. Anyone have any input on which I should follow?

    They are pretty much the same. Fat2fitradio is giving you that goal assuming whatever activity level you chose. No eating back exercise calories. MFP has you eat back exercise calories. Should come out about the same.

    Thank you. I chose sedentary because I work a desk job but I exercise 20-30 min a day and make an effort to get up and walk around every hour.

    Uh huh. So on Myfitnesspal they want you to enter that exercise in the "Exercise" tab. Then you will be given 200-400 more calories to eat. Just a different way of calculating. FitRadio just figures it in to your daily total.
