Got some good exercise in today. Went for a 4.5 mile bike ride. Yup, hills too and didn't have to walk up them. My endurance is getting so much better. I'm a little sore right now though :# . When I exercise like that it really makes me want to eat good too. Looks like everyone is doing good on here. I love this thread!

Hello, I just started back up today. I did it for about 6 months but I don't think I was doing it as good as I should have. then I went back to Paleo/Primal. So here I am back here. I hope we can get this board active. I need all the encouragement I can get.

We have leftovers a lot here. It's only the two of us and my husband eats less than he used to. So we always have leftovers. Do like pot roast or roasted vegetables. That would last you a few meals. We do soups here also.

If I'm going to have a cheat meal it will be pasta. But so far I haven't had a cheat.

When I do shredded carrots I go the week. But for sauerkraut it's longer. I have a couple of ceramic bean pots I'm going to try to use to make my sauerkraut next time. It just gets better with age and it's so good for you.
