A male eating 2450 calories doesn't sound like a big deal to me :indifferent:
-

Anyone else noticed this post is 15 months old and op hasn't logged on for the last 3 months?

calories in vs calories out plus exercise, no supplements needed. And our bodies are pretty amazing at "cleansing" themselves. No gimmicks needed :flowerforyou:

Or deactivate... oh, she did :indifferent:
-
Yes, that was helpful... :noway:

I don't think it would be a problem, you might even find you are still losing at maintenance. You seem to know what you are doing, I'd say go for it, gives you the opportunity to tweak things a bit
-
Not necessarily, you do have a lot to lose, that bumps it up. As to going down to 1200 because you'll have to eventually, this is also untrue. Maintenance for the average woman is 2000 calories, if you ate 2000 calories every day you would lose weight until you got near to your goal weight, it would just tail off slowly…

If your diary is anything to go off I'm pretty sure he won't agree it's ok to only eat 800 cals while pregnant :noway:
-
You realise that you can post other stuff too? I've made some very good friends on here without the need to high five everyone because we actually communicate :flowerforyou:
-
1. You're a male 2. Previous post suggests you weigh 220lbs 3. I hope you mean a 1200 meal, not a day. This is way too little food for a man 4. You've posted similar questions in a different guise on separate posts, I can't help wondering if you are a troll?
-
I'd suggest you work out your TDEE and take your deficit from that, for someone with almost 200lbs to lose 1200 calories gross or net is very extreme :flowerforyou:

One huge Kurt Cobain posters surrounded by loads of Take That ones :blushing:

How is fitting something you enjoy into your day "cheating on your diet"?
-
I don't... I just can't... are you actually serious??
-
I'm 25+5 and have my calories set to "gain 0.5lb per week" which has given me 2250 calories all through the second trimester, some days I'm mega hungry, some days I don't make goal. I've gained 10lb this trimester
-
I'm due 8th January :)
-
I can't believe this question is seriously being asked, 8lbs a month is a high target even without being pregnant. You'll definitely be hungry if you try to restrict your calories, especially in the 2nd and 3rd trimester. I'm 6 months pregnant and struggle to stick to my calorie goal, I wake up hungry in the night and I'm…

Courgette (Zucchini), peanut butter, spinach, fish (just a few)

Really old post, op hasn't been active for 9 months
-
We can't diagnose you, get a second opinion from a doctor
-
Setting your calories at 600 a day is not a good start, especially with all of MFP's warnings not to net less than 1200
-
I'm assuming that would be advice for someone still overeating, if you have weighed and logged your food and are within your goals I wouldn't class it as overeating, you're meeting targets :flowerforyou:

QFT

With only 6 lb to lose :noway: OP I think you should eat at TDEE and concentrate on strength/lifting to lose the inches rather than focusing on the scale :flowerforyou:
-
Various factors dictate scale weight, sodium, hydration levels, undigested foods etc, weight does fluctuate, do not worry, unless you consumed 24500 calories over your maintenance level you did not gain 7lbs of fat
-
If you use the TDEE cut method exercise calories are already included. With only 13lb left to lose I'd suggest TDEE - 20% is too much of a deficit, TDEE - 10% would be better and give you around 1819 calories a day :flowerforyou:
-
The last sub I can see on your diary had 88g of carbs, you should be able to quite easily fit this into your daily requirements, build your day around it, if I know I am having a certain food that is high in a certain macro I will pre-log my diary so that everything fits

Too many to list, my entire cheesy music collection :ohwell:
