Hi OP, I'm pregnant too, haven't felt the need to up my calories yet as I'm only 5 weeks but I've been recommended to chose the "gain 0.5lb per week" option to give me the extra calories. Hope this helps, and congratulations :flowerforyou:

Why is is anybody else's business what she chooses to do?
-
Maybe it's the 1610 calories that confuses them?
-
I'm sure she will be utterly devastated that you feel that way :noway:
-
Can we have all 3?
-
WOW! You've done a fantastic job, well done

I "try" to hit macros but there's nothing clean about my diary. Not done my ticker any harm :drinker:
-
No, especially because I think they have shrunk loads with me, they used to be humongous ( . Y . ) now they're ( . )( . )
-
Try Actidiet, you're on a VLCD and your body is in ketosis but it's very healthy because it''s not shakes, its chewable food (soup anyone?) :noway:

I've never been to America and I was morbidly obese, who can I blame?

I've completely cut out alcohol for the past couple of weeks as I'm TTC and I don't think it's had any reflection on my weight loss. Cals in vs cals out :flowerforyou:

Your ticker suggests you weigh 115lbs, if you, by some miracle, lost 15lbs so quickly your parents would definitely start to worry again. I agree with Berry, find a flattering dress and work with what you have already :flowerforyou:

Ok, Your BMR is 1814 if the number it gives you is below your BMR move up to "Lose fat - 15% calorie reduction" and so on :drinker: ETA: If you use this method you DO NOT need to eat back exercise calories
-
I'm guessing your age but the calculators seem to suggest your BMR is around 1800, you should be eating above that. Go to http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ and enter your details choosing "Lose fat - 20% calorie reduction" Be honest with your activity level :flowerforyou:

I've been here for 534 days and haven't really changed much in my diet as such, definitely not a clean eater, rarely exercise, hasn't done my weight loss any harm at all, I eat a healthy amount of food and move a little bit more than I used to but I still can't even do a push up. I love it here, I've made lots of new…

No, in fact most of my MFP friends are now FB friends too

Lack of nude pictures??

Op I completely agree, all these other posters are just jealous bullies, yes I said it, BULLIES. You stick to what you're doing and ignore the HATERS :flowerforyou:

Today when my husband asked if I was wearing his jeans because they look massive and for the first time in our 11 year marriage I realised I have a smaller waist than him now
-
NOTHING makes me think he dumped you because of your weight, I think that is your issue. His, however, are too many to list. Think yourself lucky you've got away from him and move on :flowerforyou:

If fluctuating by 1lb causes that reaction just wait til you get nearer to goal :flowerforyou:
-
You also say if you go over 1200 you gain, maybe you've slowed your metabolism by eating too low? Go to http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ and enter your details and be honest with your activity levels, choose lose fat - 20% reduction and eat the calories it tells you to. you may see a slight gain for a few…

Calories in VS Calories out, doesn't matter when you eat. Do you weigh and log absolutely everything? ETA:Your calorie allowance is a goal you are supposed to reach, not stay under :flowerforyou:
-
-What was your starting weight? 272 -What's your target? perhaps 135 -What are you now? 178 -How many calories/day do you consume? 1800 (without exercise) -When did you start your weight loss journey? 15 November 2011

Great minds, I was going to say ANY vampire apart from Tom Cruise, but only because I CANNOT stand him in any film
-
I don't care about most people enough to hate them, it would take my energy, I need all that
-
I think that's more to do with people entering things wrong in the database. I'm constantly correcting the sodium content of things because people seem to think it should be entered in grams and not mg :flowerforyou:

I'm in the UK, I call jeans and trousers "pants" too, underwear is underwear. I don't know if it's a regional thing?
