I did it a few years back. I also did not lose the weight I expected. But did lose several inches at the end results. Because you are doing a work out like Insanity maybe try uping your calories a little.

Yes everyday. I do not eat any beef or pork etc. I seem to focus better when I start my day with eggs. I have tried oatmeal and does not stay with me as long. But what works for 1 person may not work for the next.

Not me most of the time with any of those diet pills you have to follow a sensible diet and exericse anyway you may loose few more lbs a week but they are not for me. Nothing against anyone who uses them but for me to many side effects. Slow and steady wins the race
