  • I have one and I put it at a 7 resistance level. I love it! There is a good YouTube video by Bowflex that takes you through a workout. It really helped me. And, yes, use the heart rate monitor included.
  • I am on day 8, level 2. The first day of level 2, I wanted to cry! But the 2nd day was teeny bit easier, we'll see how tomorrow is. I took measurements and I definitely have seen some shrinkage in my muffin top and tummy already! She rocks!
