for meats and potatoes they are awesome....just throw in your veggies later and don't over cook them. I'll even steam my carrots and onions and include them the last 10 - 15 minutes to flavor....
-

-
sounds like you are open to any amount of veggies and fruit....so load up on those. easily 400+ daily by themselves.

I use Bioplex Whey mixed in some yogurt...love the lift, esp after a good workout

Since I don't know how old you are, I'll just shoot from the hip.... My ROTC son competes every other month and will train right up to the day prior. Lots of protein and carbs. One day rest. Hope you tear it up!

BOTH OF THESE

seems much too expensive...seems like a great way to get in more micros, but to throw out the bulk? eating the actual foods sounds more filling and cost effective. i do green smoothies...with all the plant(s) blended, not just the juice. the show was pretty amazing esp for men weighing 300lbs plus....they certainly had to…

Those are so great motivators...use them to keep you focused and set mini-goals along the way in order to break it up into smaller do-able challenges. The best advice I can give you is to log everything ... ahead of time really helps put your mind in tune with your efforts. Hydrate well....I concentrate on half my weight…

Especially because you are so young, weight loss without exercise is very do-able with good healthy intake. But even 15 - 20 minutes of exercise will help suppress appetite, not to mention boost self-esteem and wellness.

that's about right if they are hungry they will eat...dinner is what's for dinner...

I just gotta say one thing....I KICK *kitten* ON TRICEP DIPS! and that's with a 10 lb weight on my lap! albeit 15 at a time!! but how much weight for Concentration Curls? week's worth of jjs complete...bonus time :noway:

LOL, I'm serious tho... Only on the weekend, I buy the cheapy, non-favs, diet "Cokes" (from the South, too) and insist on 4 bottles of water for every one Coke. Works I read somewhere on here about someone who simply dropped the cokes and in 6 months, with little to no exercise, dropped 20+ pounds! amazing you can do…
-
I really try and keep things real....this is a forever lifestyle for me, so I allow what fits into my caloric intake. There's really nothing you can't have, only the amount should really be the focus... log it...log everything...ahead of time helps tremendously, as well  I love coffee and almonds oranges and ruby…
-

"• I lost 73lbs over night literally, why can('t) I do it again?" - This is alittle concerning...did you starve yourself? (under 1500 calories,…
