bump I am one of those girls who wont get rid of the "pouch" or "flap" as i call it. Stretch marks too ,but i am much less bothered by them, even though they are significant. Its the extra skin that i loathe. i was overweight before i got pregnant (5'1", 170lbs) got up to 205 or so at delivery, had a c section, got back to…

Yes, all of this^^^ I will also add, that you may think that bigger busted women often "put them on display" but in reality, it can be tough to find cute clothes and fit your boobs into them so if i wear the same shirt with my DDs as someone with a B cup, even if is a bigger size, mine are going to show a lot more. As for…

What do you mean by a metabolism reset? Is that eating at maintenance? PS- great job!! :)

Great job fellow little ladies! :) i have a before and a full body shot of "during" in my profile. My before was 193.6 (Nov 15) and my more current was in May or June, but my weight has stayed somewhat the same, as i am in a plateau currently, but continuing to push on! Down 45-50lbs, still have 20-25 to go! Right now i am…

Thanks. I dont expect drastic changes, i am just sick of my scale haha. I dont like that being the main way i track my progress. My weight has plateaued since April but my fitness instructor's measurements indicate i am still losing BF% (a bit) and a small amount of inches.

Ha! same here, exactly this! ^^^

body fit and fitbit will track cals burned all day, HRM will track only for a workout. Hoping others can chime in. I have a HRM but not body fit or fitbit to compare to, though i have considered it!

yeah my fitness instructor has one of those "thingamajigs" as well. lol She measures me usually at 31-32% (for the last 2 months) and last night it said 28.5% She said that is accurate but i dont think i am below 30% yet. If i get calipers, is that something i can do myself? I would like an accurate measurement and dont…

i am 5'1" and started out bulging out of my size 14s, at 193+lbs. Currently, i fluctuate around 145lbs and i am wearing mostly 8s and a couple of size 6s. Note that i carry all of my weight in my belly and chest though, so my legs and bum are smaller. I cant post photos in the thread but they are in my profile! The red…

THIS!!! ^^^^ It will take more than 2 weeks, especially since you have been eating so low for so long. You will likely see an initial gain, then maintenance, then start losing again. Check out the group as the previous poster mentioned. In that group they advise giving it a full 6 weeks before you change the plan or give…
