•
I'm throwing blame while looking for subtle facial microexpressions of guilt, which I learned from television.
Huh? You lost me after subtle and facial..
• Ooo! Just thought of something when I read this...grilled corn with lime juice, hot sauce (Tapatio is  ) and then a sprinke of hard cheese like parmesan or romano...I have had it at the fair in Del Mar Ca many a time that way and it is Heaven x 2!!!!! Try it!!!
• I have found most any veggies are good grilled. Personal favs are zucchini, asparagus, corn and mushrooms. Marinate in a bit of olive oil, vinegar, spices and pepper.. Love salmon and shrimp and the grill too. I have never tried lettuce on the grill, have seen it done on tv and it looks interesting!
• Ok, just an bit of education here....I am a longtime member of the moderation crowd. I make my own breads, peanut butter, hummus, ketchup, salad dressing.....AND cleaning products, among others. I buy local eggs and beef direct so I know what I am getting..antibiotic free and free range. I buy produce seasonally and…
• Ack..lobbyists...I love the fact that the fast food companies have lobbyists..I mean really, why does Micky-D's need a person or persons going to congress...what exactly are they trying to get? The whole concept disturbs me. Agreed...do away with them, and take a significant chunk of DC with em.
• And this is why I stick with moderation. A few years ago you could have probably come on this site and found who knows how many threads about how wonderful soy is and we should all be living on it. And guess what, in a few years, I will bet some cash that there will be another study that says once again, soy is going to…
•  Totally thinking the same thing, although not the cute medic part...nice add on. I am the girl who doesn't raise her arms during complicated parts of step class for fear of killing myself on the step trying to raise arms and lift feet in two seperate yet coordinated movements.:noway:
• HA...it put me at 14% body fat :noway: ....if you click on one of the buttons under the results, it shows you the formula as calculated, but I missed any reference as to where the formula came from, I don't recognize it. Curious to know where they came up with the formula...Fun to check out though, thanks for posting!
• I'm with you on the running, can't seem to get there..I swear the only way I am running is if the person chasing me is bigger than me. I am going to have to try the 30 second run + one minute walk thing though, running has always been my personal little devil..no mater how many times I try, I don't stick with it. Love most…
• Ok, I am going to be the one to jump on the moderation soapbox again. We use soy, my son has a glass of soymilk daily, I have soynuts as snacks now and again. Yes much of what SHBoss posted is true, from a very scientific standpoint. Soy in moderation is fine, and does have some health benefits, particularly if you are…
• Why has no one pointed out the obvious...your husband did something with them. Always the answer, blame the husband.
• Oh, must get bikini...you look too cute. And the shoes aren't bad in the pic either!!
• If I don't have some fat and protein for breakfast I am starved an hour later, peanut butter is a common breakfast food for me. My meals are usually about 400 calories, with a good chunk of that fat and protein - if I do that, I am usually fine until lunch, maybe a small snack inbetween. So go for the peanut butter girl,…
• Have you checked out the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network yet? Website is www.foodallergy.org My nephew is allergic to peanuts, soy, milk, egg and wheat and I know my sister found the site helpfull. • Would you consider your first customer to be in the midwest...say Kansas??
• I just read 20 min ago that Trader Joe's is owned by ALDI's...huh, learn something new everyday...An ALDI's I have, 30 min away...I do have a superwalmart, which I would gladly trade in for a Trader Joes and maybe a bookstore!:grumble:
• The preworkout snack helps me. I ususally have some trail mix, craisins, soynuts, yougurt covered rasisns and walnuts with bits of chocolate in it about an hour before a heavy workout. Helps me through the workout and not generally starved afterwards. :flowerforyou:
• A TBSP of brown sugar and a healthy shake of pumpkin pie spice, maybe some sliced banana. Or 1 TBSP homemade peanut butter and a TBSP of chocolate chips if I am feeling bad!
• I say leave em, unless you are hungry, then eat some. I never eat all mine anymore. I have big exercise days too and just don't want to eat 3000 calories.
• No Trader Joe...No Whole Foods...no nuthin here. Stupid Kansas....
• Ok..may I point out this is not whinning, any kind of oral surgery is NOT whinning...ouch! I can now say after having a child, labor and delivery sounds more appealing than having my wisdom teeth removed again.
• I have Jicama sliced in carrot stick shapes, topped with a healthy squeeze of lime, chili powder and salt. The way you get them in Mexico! Really good.

• Kinda sucks doesn't it? In a good way...I go to a 1 x week cardio pump / step aerobics class. When I first started 20+ pounds ago in mid January, I burned 1400 calories per my HRM. Yesterday..950. The class is still tough, but I am not completely dead at the end. You are probably just more conditioned than you are giving…
• Talk to your OB, but you should be doing around maintenance calories for the first trimester, then maintenance plus a few hundred the second and third. And here is another vote for lactating..lost all my baby weight in 5 months while nursing (and I gained almost 40#) ..then gained 10 back when he stopped!:grumble: Note to…

• http://www.recipezaar.com/Crock-Pot-Chicken-Taco-Meat-4957 Quick, easy and good!
• Ack! Stop talking about Chic-Fil-a...I don't live near one anymore:cry:
• Here is another vote for upping the cardio. Try maybe reducing your time on the treadmill and doing more on the elliptical, one of the interval or fat burning programs that is constantly changing the intensity. That and maybe throw in a different workout of two, a step aerobics class or kickboxing ...something that will…
