I've tried both, and I actually like WW better because I find it easier to keep track of points. I try to eat lots of salads and lots of fruits. With mfp, all fruits and veggies have cals that you have to record. With WW, they are 0 so, for me, it is easier!

I did day 1 of level 2 today. I wear a HRM and logged it as 26 min and 272 cals burned! I think a lot depends on your current size though. For reference, I'm 5'8" and 150 lbs.

I moved on to level 2 tonight. I only did 1 day of level 1, and I wanted to see what level 2 was like. It is for sure harder than level 1! I was a sweaty mess!!!! Gotta love it!!!!

I do lots of classes, so I follow a schedule. Mondays - HIIT, then Pilates Tuesdays - Pump, then Zumba Wednesdays - Cardio Kickbox, then Treadmill Intervals (if I have energy) Thursdays - Pump, then Pilates Fridays - Treadmill Intervals Saturdays - random or off Sundays - off

Mine is $80/mo for me and my dd. This includes outdoor pool and all classes. If I bring my other daughter with me in the evenings, I pay $5 per time for her. It is expensive, but it is very convenient to where I live.
