my burn on my HRM was 499 but the class was only 54 minutes and there are slight breaks between songs when she switches up her ipod. Im 5'9" 215 so I was pleased with it. I would like to get an 800 burn though...

That's so great! I have lost 14 pounds also, and I also started in June so we are at the same pace. I am a lot heavier than you so the 14 pounds isn't so noticeable yet but it's a slow process! Isn't it wonderful that people are noticing! Keep up the great work and have a great evening!

I laughed when I seen that you had posted this topic cause I know you don't love your scale hehe! I wish I had your will power to only weigh once a week. I usually get on mine several times, not every day but too much. You're doing so great and your scale love you too haha! Even when you get mad at it!

AFter every 10 pounds MFP will ask you if you want to readjust your calories. I can't remember exactly what it says but it asks you. You don't have to manually change it if you don't want to whenever you lose weight. Does that make sense?

sounds like a great list. that is why I set up my account to auto post my weight loss and exercise to facebook. Some people on there poke fun of me but they don't know what it's all about. Others do know and they help cheer me on there too. It was a hard decision to post on FB because there are so many more people on there…

So far, on this list I would have to say Yes I agree with all those things. I'm a door mat, I bite my nails, I have a giant sweet tooth, I hate all this weight I've gained and I still don't really enjoy exercise (except zumba, I do look forward to that).

I have had to repeat week one then moved on to week 2 but I think im going to have to repeat it before going to week 3 so hopefully insted of 9 weeks at least by 20 weeks I will be able to go for 30 minutes withough stopping! Good luck to you! Glad you like it!
