I got an FT7 about a month ago. I love it. I love that the gym equipment picks up my heart rate and that I can track my workouts.

Can you change your start weight to be 10 pounds higher? Then the weight you have lost will still be visible on your ticker. Don't let it get you down, no matter where you started you have still lost weight and that is something to be proud of.

One day someone asked me if I truly loved my boyfriend or if I loved him because he stayed with me even though I was fat. I couldn't answer that question honestly so I thought I should lose the weight and find out.

I have a fair bit of weight to lose and have found that the 30 day shred really helps to lose around 2kg a week. (about 4 pounds) Like others have mentioned, I also combine it with a walk/jog most days. The way I look at it, if I start toning now, it might help me to reduce the amount of excess skin I have when I get down…

French fries and cocktails!

I have about 45kg left to lose. This year those kilos are going!

I am in WA. Feel free to add me. I am always looking for more Aussie pals.

I started the shred about a week and a half ago using 4kg weights. I have also been walking/jogging every second day and eating about 1200 calories per day. Last week I lost about 2 kg ( about 4lbs). I agree with hsk1019 that the shred is a great whole body workout but some extra cardio is needed to really see results.

I am speechless. That is so amazing. Congratulations to you :)

Thank you for taking the time out to encourage us all. You have put a smile on my face today

I weigh myself every Friday morning, it gives me the motivation to be good over the weekend. Occasionally I check how I am doing during the week but I never record those.

I'm from Western Australia. Loving this cold "summer" we are having, makes getting up for the morning walk a lot easier

I second that!!!

Day four, feeling good, although my thighs beg to differ!

Me too! The strength and the abs are a welcome break from the cardio. I have just finished day 3 and I can already notice some improvement, hopefully by day 30 I will be the cardio queen!

I did my first work out today and logged it as circuit training. Good luck. :flowerforyou:

I just finished my first 30DS work out. I knew it was going to be hard work but that really hurt!! Looking forward to another round tomorrow.
