I do the 30DS when I have time and it is awsome but a killer!
~ For people who don't know what it is, it's an excercise tape by Julian Micheal's that does circuit training and gets awsome results in 30 days, you can always google it.0 -

I'm going on my 3rd day of level 2, you can add me. I've completed 12 days and already lost 2.5 inches from each thigh and 2 inches from my stomach. It's intense but you really get results.0

For those who can't find it locally on DVD or, who are like me and don't want to face the Christmas crowds - you can buy it online in the iTunes store. I bought my copy last night and I believe it was $8.99. I liked the idea of getting a digital copy so if I go out of town I can take it with me on my laptop or my iPhone.0 -

I am out of shape too, I was getting winded just doing the jumping jacks! I literally lay on the floor for 5 minutes after its over. You just have to think "its only 20 minutes" and you will get through it just fine. There are modifications to most of the exercises so that really helps! Search "30ds results" here on the site and look at all of the before & after pictures of some of the people who have completed it if you havent already. I think of about those girls when im doing it & it really motivates me to push through because they had some excellent results. This DVD will really increase your endurance level, by the fifth or sixth day you should notice a change.0

I had never heard of this, and to be honest, it scares the crap out of me!
I am terrible at pushing myself. Someone else pushing me is different, but I am more likely to give up.
I am still going to look into it though. I may do it starting January 1st, after christmas and new year.

I did 15 days on it last time and need to start again. But she has 2 trainers with her for examples and one of them gives modified versions of most of the moves. You may need to take breaks but it gets better as the days go by. It's still a tough workout but you get to where you can do the workout without breaks.0 -

it is such a great programme and it motivates you to do other workouts too. She shows you that you are capable of having a toned fit body. The first three days have you on the floor but after that you're hooked and I started to see results on day 5. Make sure you take all your measurements before and some photos to give you a boost as you take more along the way. Good luck!0

I started the 30 day shred last week and I love it so far. I considered myself in okay shape before I started doing it, but since I started I've already noticed a huge increase in my endurance and strength. It's pretty tough, but there's a lot of modifications you can do. For example, Jillian has you use handweights, but if it's too difficult for you on the first days you can use lighter weights (like 2-3 pounds or so). Also, I have a really had time doing pushups so I did mine on the wall for the first few days. It's amazing - I can actually do a half-pushup now! the ones where you're on your knees I mean, lol. And I could never do a pushup in my life. So if you're dilligent and you do the 30DS every day, I'm confident that you'll see results. It's been great for me so far0

Hi, I'm very new to this, and was wondering if 30DS was available in Australia? The dvd's from most other countries dont work here. I'm also considering starting in the new year. (going away for Xmas, so will be too difficult to do in someone else's front room). Also new to Australia, so not sure where to go looking for it.0

I have over 50kg to lose so it';s quite ambitious and I don't expect to suddenly develop a 6-pack, but I'm on my second day and happy to join in0

I would like to join this as well. I am very much out of shape. I have about 150 lbs to lose... according to what the standard for my height and weight is... I am not an experienced exerciser yet but I have tons of motivation and determination. Even if I have to pause the dvd and get out the defibulator and then restart it I am game!0
