Cal burn for 30 Day Shred?

Hi everyone,

Just completed my first workout at Level 1 of the the 30 Day Shred routine, and I'm wondering how to log the exercise?
I guess it'd vary according to weight etc? I'm currently 163lbs and I completed it as directed...

Anyone got any pointers?

  • I did my first work out today and logged it as circuit training.

    Thanks, that sounds about right... 200 cals for 20mins isn't too bad I guess!

    i did some net sleuthing awhile back and found the general consensus was about 200 calories for my height/weight, so i think that's at least reasonably close ;)

    I log it as high-intensity aerobics.
  • i have a heart rate monitor, level 1 with 1kg hand weights (im 80kgs/177lb).. & i burn about 150 cals

    I used a HRM and today I burned 198 calories on level one and I did another DVD before this one so my heart rate was already up. I guess it just depends on your fitness level.
