Sorry guys for announcing the winner early...even though many of you didn't enter your weights I knew Robert won..because the closest % to Robert was 10.79% and that person entered their weight..after that 8.67% and I didn't think anyone was going to report a loss of over 5 lbs....:heart:

Maybe you could go on the bike for now until your legs are feeling 100%? So you don't put the added stress on them?:heart:

For example: Normally if I'd lift 5 lbs. for bicep curls doing 15 reps...I'd do 15 lbs. and 8 reps instead..you'd lift as much as you can for a shorter number of reps.

Hi Maxi! Do this..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zpotY6rZL4o I do this with the heaviest weights I can, but I don't do it as a circuit I do them individually, like 3 sets of 15 for each lift...w/ heaviest weights I can. Trust me, if you do these, you are going to get nice arms!!:flowerforyou:

For lunch I had a Caesar salad at McDonald's, came home and used my "lite" Caesar salad dressing...yuck! I feel like this was a bad choice (the dressing:angry: ) I'm mad at myself! Plus the salad was gross...so why did I eat it all? I don't know!:sad:
