Unfortunately you can't target one specific area of the body. Add cardio to your list and that will help.

I have Zumba 2 for Wii. I have tried it a few times but am easily discouraged because I can never seem to get the stars to light. I am going to take ScubaAmyMN's advise and read the forum on it to see what I am doing wrong??? Good Luck!

I have heard and read that after 2 weeks your body becomes immune to the same work out; therefore you should change things up regarding your workout at least every 2 weeks. Good Luck :)

For free iPhone apps search the following: Arm Workout (red icon w/stick figure doing over head presses). You will also find,Butt workout (Purple icon w/stick figure), Ab Workout (Blue icon w/stick figure doing crunches) and so much more. I have used them and fine them very useful.

This was awesome to read everyone; I had posted this as my status yesterday on my MFP page. I made the right choice and went with what the elliptical said. The elliptical is reading your heart rate as well as knows all your info, therefore I would think it is more accurate then MFP. Keep up the good work.
