I am back and need a good support group
I am back on MFP; first round I lost 30lbs and maintained it for almost 4 years. A lot happened & needless to say I let it all go :( . I am tired of the excuses so here I am. I know I can do it again but this time .....I am reaching out as a good support team is just as important! Thank you!
The Biggest Loser for Wii
I thought I would try something new and that is.....The Biggest Loser for Wii. Today will be my third workout and so far I must say that this DVD is great motivation. It's like having with my own personal trainer without spending the cash. Has anyone else out there used this DVD for the Wii? If so, I am really interested…
