I thought I would try something new and that is.....The Biggest Loser for Wii. Today will be my third workout and so far I must say that this DVD is great motivation. It's like having with my own personal trainer without spending the cash. Has anyone else out there used this DVD for the Wii? If so, I am really interested in hearing your experience and/or feedback.

I loved it! I used it religiously almost all last summer. Then something happened to it....no scratches or anything, but every time I'd start it, it would get about three minutes in and shut down my entire Wii system. Every time I see it in the stores though, I'm always tempted to buy it again because it was a great workout!

I use Exerbeat, DDR, and Sports Active 2. I've been thinking about trying The Biggest Loser too, just to have different exercise routines. I'd appreciate it if you let us know how you find it and if you feel you can stick to doing it regularly.

What kind of exercises does it include? I thought about picking it up myself.

I have it, but to be honest I find it boring, but that's just me, I'm not really into computer 'games', even though I know this isn't a game! I found that although I was doing everything as I should be doing and staying in the beat, I was still getting, 'come on, why have you stopped'.... and I started getting pretty miffed!

I've been tempted to buy Just Dance or Zumba, but I know that I'll only watch half a session and then it will be another dust gatherer.

I have to actually shift my lazy butt to the pool and gym, but please don't let my opinion put you off, I know there are loads on here who swear by the DVDs!

I am unable to answer your question as of yet because I have been doing the program that the disc compiled for me. Each day its a different work out though, that much I can confirm. I bought mine at Blockbuster (If you have one in your area) because in Canada they are all closing and I got a GREAT deal. I picked it up for $15. So if you have a Blockbuster near you, now would be the time to purchase one ;)

All of the Blockbusters already closed here. But I saw it at GameStop for less than $10 (used of course).

I have it for the kids xbox, which unfortunately is in the playroom in our converted loft, with very little overhead space. I used it till I got fed up scraping my knuckles off the ceiling:laugh: . I don't know why I never thought about that small problem before I bought it, then I would have got the wii version, which is downstairs and plenty of room to jump about and swing my arms. I did like it though, plenty of variety.
