Agree with the above posts, throw it out! I used to weigh myself at least once a week but I have only weighed myself twice since starting crossfit 3 months ago. I'm still tracking what I eat but I'm just letting my body do it's thing. I can tell that I've lost fat and gained muscle so I'm happy. One of the women at my box…

I try to keep my desk stocked with a few cans of soups, some clif bars, beef jerky/pretzels/trail mix so if I forget it's not a big deal. But I do travel a lot with my job so fast food is always a temptation when I'm on the road around lunch time.

I have the same problem. I'm so happy with every other part of my body. I've been doing crossfit for about 3 months and I'm seeing great results, but I've still got a bit of a tummy. I can feel my abs under that layer of fat, it's so frustrating. Everyone tells me it's all diet so I guess I just need to step up my game…

If it's warm outside I wear nike shorts (the ones with a liner in them) and if it's cold I wear tights (with a thong under). I always wear tank tops b/c I hate working out and having anything on my arms even if it's freezing out. Oh and I wear nike free training shoes.

What worked for me was finding something that I really enjoyed doing. I hated to exercise before b/c I thought it meant walking on a treadmill or elliptical for an hour and doing some crunches. This summer I decided to try out a few group classes in my area and I found one I love. It has become my favorite part of the day!

If you want a DVD get Pure Barre. I take the class and they focus a lot on your "seat". I have definitely noticed a change!!

I love my smoothies for breakfast. I always have some spinach, protein powder, and silk unsweetened almond milk in there. After that some kind of fruit...bananas, berries, mango, whatever. And sometimes I add peanut butter cause I just love it.
