I slipped up on Saturday as well on beer and a burger with the bun. Don't feel too bad! Everyday is a new day. I do feel so much better eating like this and plan to continue after the 30 days.

Ok so yesterday I ran my first 5k. Afterwards I went out to eat with friends to watch football. I figured I'd treat myself and have a few beers and eat a burger with the bun. Ugh never doing that again!! My stomach hates me today :( Guess that'll teach me.

I've been doing it a little over 2 months. It is so hard! My legs still shake every class. I've been going about 5x/week. I've definitely noticed that my legs and arms are more toned and my belly is flatter.

I felt so much better than usual yesterday after eating out with friends. Instead of feeling so stuffed and mad at myself for eating bad I felt full but great. Just ordered my burger with no bun and sweet potatoe fries, and skipped out on my usual cheese fries indulgence!

Yesterday I only had breakfast, and lunch. Went out with friends for lunch to watch college football. Had a blue cheese burger with no bun and sweet potatoe fries. Was not hungry at all that night.

I'm still tracking all my food but not worrying aobut the macros too much. I've gone over on sugar and protein just about everyday since I started b/c of all the meat and fruits. Do plan on weighing myself about every other week just to see.

Do you like curry? If so just take a tbsp of curry paste, 1 can of coconut milk, and add veggies and/or meat of your choice. Easy, yummy, and filling!
