I still eat ground beef in tacos and chilli. As long as you watch your portion sizes and are eating other healthy foods with it you should be fine.

If you are using food to cope with feelings of depression, it might not be as simple as just stopping. I don't know anything about you or your situation but sometimes people will use food to self medicate. It can sometimes be helpful for some people to think about seeing a counselor.

I only have about 5 lbs to go. I only wanted to lose about 10 lbs...all my weight was going to my midsection so those few lbs were noticable. But yeah it has taken me forever to lose these few lbs

I only want to lose about 5 more lbs but it has been really tough to get there. For me it's not really about the number on the scale I just have a little weight around my middle and on my thighs that I'm trying to get rid of.
