I started June at 233.5 and hoping to end it at 225 we shall see but I am at least 6 lbs lighter!! this is a great place to track food and exercise and get encouragement. feel free to add me

You can adjust all the daily goals for each thing. I upped my protein and decreased my carbs. just go to my home tab, goals then click on change goals as far as I can tell you can adjust almost all of them.
