  • I did Fire 45 yesterday but missed working out again today. Have been a little slack the last few days. Going to start Week 4 tomorrow and really get stuck in.

  • HIIT 20 + Stretch 10 today. HIIT was tough but I felt like by the time I worked out the moves, it was over. Hopefully it will be better next time. Certainly still got a good sweat up.   • I just finished Core 20 and Stretch 40 - wow I loved it! I was a bit wary and thought I might hate it but it was great. Really, just what I needed. I definitely felt the Core workout in the abs and the yoga poses in the stretch class were great. I am feeling general improvements all around - bring on week 2!!

  • Fire 55 EZ for me today. A few new moves so was a bit uncoordinated. Longer workout than I am used to as well but I think that will help me in the long run.
  • Day 4 for me - another Fire 30. I didn't have time to fit in the Stretch 10. Enjoyed the workout again, think I did slightly better than Day 1 but hard to tell. Still hard!! I feel really good so far and it's the first time I have looked forward to my workouts in a while!

  • Hi! I've done c25k before (long ago) and it is really good. You're endurance level will increase quickly. I think though that if you are doing the other workouts straight after then it might be a bit much. Also c25k is usually only a 3 times a week thing (if i remember correctly) so u may be rushing it.
