I have not myself tried them, but I have read lots of reviews on them and apparently they taste awful. A better and cheaper choice for healthier noodles is to make them out of squash. You can make lasagna noodles out of zuchini, spaghetti noodles out of spaghetti squash, and I use eggplant alot with any type of tomato…
