I am not the greatest about watering my plants... but that aside what i have had on my deck the last 3 years are 4 pots that are approx 16 inches tall, with the circumference approx the same. I have in them two plants each, ie, two tomatoes, or two peppers etc.) For Herbs, i have two long planters, 36in long, foot tall and…

you can make smoothies with whole milk, almond milk, and blend in things like avocado to give it texture. You can also add frozen fruit to keep the calories down which will offset the milk, etc. You can eat salad with nuts and avocado, things like fresh salmon.

Congrats! Haven't hit any major weight loss goals yet, but I do buy new work clothes often. For Dressier items, check out Ann Taylor loft sales. They usually have Great sales on shirts that can go dressy or jeans for lunch with friends. They wash great ( no iron necessary). Believe it our not, Old navy jeans are fantastic…

I think it honestly depends on how your lifting. Days where I am doing squats and heavy weights, i sweat as much as if i was doing cardio. It all depends on how high you get your heart rate.

Biggest thing is probably Salt. Depending on the place, say a chain restaurant for example, probably has more processed food and therefore has a higher salt content. Check the Sodium on the nutritional information when you pick an item too. OR try to stick to Steaks or whole chicken breasts on the more plain side.

I hear you, my vice was Coke. I was averaging 24 cans/week. I would have them in the morning instead of coffee. I switched to coffee in the morning (black is like 2 cals), switch to ginger ale for a while, and now i drink seltzer. For me it came down to the bubbles were the most important to me. I still have a coke out for…

Depends on what you need and are looking for. Whole foods has many of those random items that you cant find other places. Near me, they have the best prices on Bulk packages of protein bars( luna, cliff, etc). Though you will see a ton of moms that don't work and can afford to shop there daily... They have a great…

My BF and i work all kinds of crazy hours. Typically we cook on the weekends a huge family size package of chicken plain - so that it can be reheated with bbq sauce or pasta or frozen veg. We also make 3lbs of either meatloaf or meatballs most weeks. You can mix up meatball parm, subs, or just pasta.

Any ladies have advise on how they are improving their grip strength? Frustrating to do 95lbs on the deadlifts when i can for sure do more, but by the end my hands are ready to give out. Then i screw myself for the rest of the B workouts bc my hands are messed up for the lunges and pull downs.

I considered adding pineapple to the above salsa…
