I am doing the Hendricks County Park to Park Relay in June, the Color Me Rad 5K in Sept., Warrior Dash in Crawfordsville in Aug., and the Spartan Race in April. I'm trying to find one each month to participate in.

Thanks everyone! I am low carbing...under 60 a day. How do I make sure that I cam getting the right count. I tried to go into the goals and change it, but didn't see where to get total carb count. And when selecting food should I look for ones that say (net carbs). And what do you mean that low carbers don't count fiber…

I always refer to the Eat Clean Diet (which is more of a eating life style) by Tosca Reno, also Oxygen Magaizine online is good. My kids and friends even eat clean without knowing it with this book. I heard that the book, Why We are Fat is good too. The gracious pantry and skinny ms alos have great, easy recipes. :smile:…

Here's my opinion for what it's worth. Yes it is less expensive than eating out and yes it is less expensive when you eat less. But when you eat the same amount and have to feed a family with it, the healthy recipes and foods cost more than buying boxed or frozen meals. Ex- Walmart brand lasagna frozen=4.26 all the…

thanks guys! No I am not eating enough. I just started here and realized that quickly, but I am having trouble eating that much. I'm never hungry and eat until I'm satisfied. Trying to figure out foods with high good quality calories that are quick easy and inexpensive is very tricky. I'm gonna keep at it!
