  • I use Optimum Nutrition Gold standard 100% whey. Per serving it's 111 calories, 24 grams protein, 1.6 grams carbs, 1 gram fat. It also contains 5 grams of BCAAs and over 4 grams of Glutamine. Awesome product and tastes better than most! Also pretty cost effective at 77 servings per tub.
  • Can't comment on Shakeology, but P90X gets results. 6 hours+ per week though means you have to be ready to put in the time!
  • I was really sore during week 1, but even with the muscle soreness I felt like I had a lot more energy (even on the first phase which has a really high protein ratio for the diet)
  • I use Extreme Nutrition Build & Recover - tastes great, good ratio of carbs/protein/fats as well as containing Creatine, HMB and a great mix of vitamins. Additional bonus for me is that it's low in lactose and way cheaper than other well known recovery drinks...

  • Hi Lexie, I have used all different kinds of door pull up bars and the example you provided on Amazon is quite good. You will be able to do most of the exercises in p90x using it apart from the wide grip pull up, although if your doorways are quite wide you might be able to just about do it!
