My obstetrician said it was safe for me to calorie count and take part in gentle exercise like walking, swimming, yoga and light gym work. Anyone out there with a good pregnancy work out they would like to share?

I am in! I have joined weight watchers, joined a 30 day zumba challenge, signed up to a gym so my sister and I can go together straight from work and am up each morning walking. I am pumped to bring in the new year 10 kgs lighter at least!

And with motivation and support from the community of My fitness pal people you will get there. I need to stick on this for my health and up coming engagement party, my 30th and then my wedding. I have too many things to look forward to and cannot carry this weight with me!
