Pregnancy exercises?

Anyone got some exercise ideas for me? I'm 19 weeks pregnant. I used to love going to the gym and doing classes but would feel better doing a little circuit outside. I enjoy walking, swimming and have contemplated joining yoga. Just want to be ready and fighting fit for this little one on the way!

Yeah she said I should be safe to do some exercise. She said don't go too crazy and stop of my body says so.0 -
Walking, swimming, and yoga sound like good options. Just be careful with some of the more complicated yoga poses and balances. As your pregnancy progresses, it will affect your balance more. You can do some resistance training, too. Just be careful and don't strain too much. Look on youtube for prenatal exercises.0

Here is a pregnancy Pilates video I loved doing when I was pregnant.

I chose to strength train and walk during my pregnancy. I talked to my obstetrics care team about the exercise I was doing and stayed within their recommendations. If there is something you loved doing pre pregnancy, you can probably still do it. Just run it past your care providers. My care team did tell me that women who choose to do prenatal yoga or Pilates generally have easier labors than those who don't .0
