Anyone got some exercise ideas for me? I'm 19 weeks pregnant. I used to love going to the gym and doing classes but would feel better doing a little circuit outside. I enjoy walking, swimming and have contemplated joining yoga. Just want to be ready and fighting fit for this little one on the way!
Hi, I'm 19 weeks pregnant and wanting to gain little weight moving forward. I am a bigger girl so think it is in my and Bubs' best interest to calorie count so I'm not blowing out and putting us at risk. I've read that pregnant women need to consume 2,000 calories. Anyone know if this is correct? I don't want to starve…
