19 weeks pregnant- ideas to help
Hi,
I'm 19 weeks pregnant and wanting to gain little weight moving forward. I am a bigger girl so think it is in my and Bubs' best interest to calorie count so I'm not blowing out and putting us at risk. I've read that pregnant women need to consume 2,000 calories. Anyone know if this is correct? I don't want to starve bubs.
Thanks for your help in advance.

My obstetrician said it was safe for me to calorie count and take part in gentle exercise like walking, swimming, yoga and light gym work. Anyone out there with a good pregnancy work out they would like to share?0

Eat when your body is hungry, but only wholesome and nutritious foods. Only splurge if the craving is really strong!1

Your prego- your going to be prgo for the next 8-9 months.. just do what is healthy for you and the baby and enjoy motherhood.. There will be plenty of time to get back in the gym after the baby comes.0
