  • Today I had a Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt with 2 scoops of Wild Berry Drink Mix stirred in. 150 calories and 27 gms of protein and it was yummy!
  • 2 things that might help with that 1) make one of your shakes using water and protein drink mix instead of milk and 2) start taking the supplement Aminogen-it helps your body process all the protein and get it to your muscles.   • It took me about 7 months to lose the 50#. I've let 10 creep back on, so I'm trying to hit it hard and get them off!! I still do at least one shake every day. People say-how can you drink shakes every day? Because 1) they taste GREAT and 2) I know there is no better breakfast than an Herbalife shake ! :)
